Guests booked to cruise on the inaugural sailings onboard Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony this summer, will be in for a treat at the new Aurora Spa, inspired by the Goddess of Dawn.

Offering “sunrise-inspired” treatments, Aurora Spa will be an oasis for guests to rejuvenate the body, mind and soul with customised high-performance facials utilising British Elemis’ advanced Biotec technology for a more youthful appearance. Drawing on Elemis advanced Biotec technology, Aurora Spa will feature treatments using LED and Cryo facial techniques which plump and tone the skin.

“The Ultimate Facial will reveal a more youthful appearance after just one treatment,” Crystal said.

“Our partners at Tillberg Design of Sweden have created gorgeous spaces reflective of energy, lights and balance to help guests truly embrace their most extraordinary self at sea,” said Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations, Bernie Leypold.

The Spa will be designed with light neutral colours and have an illuminated fibre optic ceiling with a natural salt crystal and silk brushed slate stone. The ambiance is to focus on creating personal peace  to soothe and calm well travelled guests.

OneSpaWorld, the leading innovator of spas at sea will return as operators of Aurora Spa and also offer The Healing Centre which uses LED technology for pain management.

The two Crystal ships are currently undergoing extensive refurbishments in Trieste, Italy with larger suites, refreshed dining venues and re-energised entertainment. There will also be a new pickleball court built on each of the ships.
