- Luxury line Crystal has released its 2028 itineraries for its three ships, Crystal Grace, Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity.

Luxury line Crystal has released its 2028 itineraries with new build Crystal Grace sailing in the Mediterranean, Canada and New England.
At the same time, Crystal Symphony will sail from the Panama Canal to Alaska and Japan and Crystal Serenity will explore Europe, the Arctic and Eastern Mediterranean.
Bookings for 2028 itineraries will open on 28 April.
Crystal Grace will debut on 11 June 2028 in Rome visiting Sorrento, Igoumenitsa, Kotor, Split, Zadar and Trieste before heading to Venice to launch a Mediterranean season. She will then explore Southern Europe’s coastlines and cultural capitals.
After many sailings in Europe, Crystal Grace will be christened in Monte Carlo on July 8.
In September, Grace will head west from Lisbon to Halifax and New York and offer several voyages in New England and Eastern Canada and call at Quebec City and Charlottetown.
In November, she will offer itineraries to Bermuda and the Caribbean departing from Fort Lauderdale and visiting ports such as Antigua, St Lucia, Aruba and Barbados.
Meanwhile, following her 2028 World Cruise, Crystal Symphony will begin her summer season in the Americas departing from Fort Lauderdale with a Panama Canal crossing and calling at ports such as Cartagena, Puerto Caldera, San Juan del Sur and Puerto Vallarta before sailing along the California coast to San Diego and San Francisco.
Symphony will spend her peak summer months in Alaska and British Columbia with multiple departures from Vancouver and Seward calling at Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, Sitka and Wrangell.
In late September, Symphony will head to Japan kicking off a series of voyages in Japan and South Korea and visiting ports such as Tokyo, Osaka, Nagasaki, Busan and Kanazawa.
The line’s third ship, Crystal Serenity will spend her summer months in Europe sailing from the Iberian Peninsula and visiting Cadiz, Valencia, Monte Carlo, Livorno, Civitavecchia, Valletta and Piraeus. After her Mediterranean stint, she will head north to the British Isles and Norway offering a Grand Journey from the Arctic Circle to Honningsvag then Iceland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands. She will also call at Reykjavik, Oslo, Copenhagen and Stockholm. In late summer, Serenity will return to Western Europe and the Mediterranean and visit La Goulette, Cagliari, Ajaccio, Marseille, Palamos and Barcelona. She will conclude her season with a transatlantic crossing.
Both Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity have undergone a major $170 million refurbishment and are renowned for their specialty restaurants including Umi Uma, the only cuisine at sea by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Italian Osteria d’Ovidio by Michelin-starred chef Massimiliano and Raffaele Alajmo and the contemporary Beef Bar.

Crystal Grace will have all three specialty restaurants with Umi Uma featuring a full-height glass wall with unobstructive ocean views. Both Beef Bar and Osteria d’Ovidio will have a covered outdoor dining area with a shared bar connecting the two venues.
The 84-seater Umi Uma will be located on Deck 5 and have an informal sushi bar.
Osteria d”Ovidio with have seating for 68 guests and another 20 seats on the spacious outdoor terrace. It is located on Deck 10.
The Beef Bar, also on Deck 10, will feature a modern steakhouse with a refined, relaxed atmosphere. There will seating for 56 indoors and 58 on the covered terrace.
