While the finer details are still being worked out, this week it was revealed Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity could both be sailing in 2023, with bookings said to be on their way soon according to Cristina Levis, CEO of A&K Travel Group.ย Guests will be able to make โopen bookingsโ, then when suite categories, itineraries and pricing are sorted, those with bookings will have the first priority on booking a chosen voyages and staterooms.Crystal Cruises crew is also being given a chance to return, with A&K contacting the crew and inviting them to get back on board for new sailings.Ms Levis did make it clear that A&K does not have a role in the ongoing legal proceedings.โWe are legally not a party to, and have no say, in these court appointed efforts. This process is likely to take several months to complete, according to the Assignee.โOur involvement was limited to purchasing specific assets and our significant monetary effort will provide funds to make a contribution towards paying creditors.โWhile Symphony and Serenity have been snapped up by A&K, the rest of Crystalโs fleet is scattered around the cruising world.ย Crystal Endeavor has actually been purchased by Silversea Cruises, Crystal Esprit was snapped up by Lindblad Expeditions and five other Crystal ships are still having their fates decided, including Crystal Mozart and the fleets four river ships.
