The 300-foot vessel boasts a large sun deck with pool and an APT exclusive restaurant, Indochine by Luke Nguyen. RV AmaLotus has 54 suites, ranging from 226 and 290 square feet suites with twin balconies to two 624 square feet Owner’s Suites with twin balconies and terraces. The main dining room is the Mekong Restaurant, which serves Vietnamese, Western and Cambodian cuisine. Breakfast and lunch are buffets with selections of hot entrees, soups, salads and desserts. For dinner, multi-course meals are served. Complimentary beer and wine are provided for lunch and dinner. Exclusive to APT, Indochine by Luke Nguyen promises an “intimate culinary journey of exceptional Vietnamese cuisine” for 16 guests in the private dining room. Le Viêt Nam Café serves afternoon tea.
