- Viking takes delivery of Viking Tonle – its second ship in Southeast Asia.

Viking will launch its second ship in Southeast Asia when its newest river ship Viking Tonle sails the mighty Mekong River.
Viking Tonle will offer 15-day Magnificent Mekong itineraries when she joins sister ship, Viking Saigon on the Mekong River. Accommodating 80 guests in 40 staterooms, the three-deck ship will have a pool, spa and fitness centre as well as an open-air Sky Bar on the Upper Deck.

Guests will spend sometime discovering Hanoi, Siem Reap, Kampong Cham, Phnom Penh before boarding Viking Tonle to cruise the Mekong River and visit Tan Chau, Sa Dec and Cai Be where they will disembark and be taken to Ho Chi Minh City.
Vikingโs will take delivery of another 25 new river ships by 2028 taking her total fleet of river ships to 112. Viking will also add an additional 10 ocean ships by 2031 taking her total fleet of ocean ships to 23.
