AmaPrima was built in 2013, inspired by classic ocean yachts. It features a glass elevator, spacious twin-balcony accommodation and a heated pool with a swim-up bar. It cruises the Danube, Main and Rhine rivers as well as Dutch and Belgian waterways, with departures from Amsterdam, Basel and Budapest. The 443-foot AmaPrima has three decks and can carry 164 guests and 49 crew.

AmaPrima has 79 cabins and three suites. There are nine categories of accommodation, ranging from 160 square feet cabins with fixed windows to 300 square feet suites with twin balconies. All cabins have deluxe hotel-style bedding with Egyptian linen, down pillows and duvet, bathroom with multi-jet shower, air-conditioning, personal safe, hairdryer, ample storage space, flat-screen television with on-demand movies and music and free Wi-Fi.

AmaPrima offers various dining venues. The main dining room serves a buffet breakfast, lunch and multi-course dinners, featuring locally inspired cuisine as well as traditional offerings. The Chef’s Table is an intimate specialty restaurant where you can watch the chef prepare a lavish dinner paired with wines. Tapas and snacks are available in the Main Lounge between meals and there is also an al fresco dining terrace.

AmaPrima has a heated pool, a sun deck, a walking track, a fitness room and a massage and hair salon. Bicycles are available for guests who wish to explore along the rivers, and there is an eclectic schedule of nightly entertainment.
