The program includes seven itineraries aboard Compagnie du Ponant’s boutique luxury ships – Le Soleal, Le Boreal, L’Austral and Le Lyrial.
Scenic will partially charter the ships, taking an average of 30 Scenic guests on cruises in Alaska, Central America and the Mediterranean.
Scenic Tours general manager of product Aleisha Fittler said demand for luxury small ship cruising is high.
“Feedback from our guests is that they love this intimate style of cruising where they travel in small groups and get up close and personal with the amazing wildlife and spectacular scenery,” she explained.
“Our guests have been asking us for more small ship cruises so we are delighted to now offer this collection of cruise tours to seven fantastic destinations.”
Itineraries include the 23-day Central American Discovery from Guayaquil in the Galapagos to Cartagena via Quepos, San Juan del Sur, Puetro Quetzal, Puerto Caldera and Cayos Holandes; the 15-day Adriatic and Mediterranean Sojourn and Zodiac excursions in the Arctic Circle to watch the polar wildlife; and the 19-day Scandinavian Discovery and Norwegian Fjords Cruise.
