Royal wedding aboard Princess ships

Princess Cruises has joined Cunard Line in announcing it will broadcast the April 29 royal wedding on the Movies Under the Stars screens onboard its entire fleet – a treat for loyal Royal watchers!

Princess Cruises said it would show Prince William and Kate Middleton’s marriage ceremony at Westminster Abbey through BBC World’s exclusive broadcast, and would also hold onboard parties featuring British-style refreshments and royal-themed cocktails.

Passengers will also be able to have a laugh playing royal wedding trivia and competing in a William and Kate lookalike competition.

“As this is the first British royal wedding in years we know there will be wide interest among our passengers,” said Jan Swartz, Princess Cruises executive vice president.
