Royal Caribbean Decreases Med Deployments

Whilst Royal Caribbean may have increased capacity out of the U.K. for their 2013 northern-hemisphere summer deployments, it has reduced the number of ships elsewhere in Europe.

Nine ships will be deployed to Europe next year as opposed to the 11 that will be deployed this year, with a total of 276 voyages sailing out of the region on 58 itineraries.

The U.K. will welcome 3,114-passenger Adventure of the Seas, 3634-passenger Independence of the Seas and 2,112-passenger Brilliance of the Seas while Liberty of the Seas and Serenade of the Seas will sail out of Barcelona and Navigator of the Seas and Splendour of the Seas will be based out of Italy.
