Uniworld sets the date for its newest ship to launch along the Mekong.
Uniworld will soon welcome its newest river ship, River Saigon, along the Mekong River between Vietnam and Cambodia. Her maiden voyage in January 2012 will mark an Asian expansion for Uniworld, which already offers plenty of itineraries in China.
Spanning these three countries, Uniworld’s 2012 program offers eight culturally immersive voyages, including two new itineraries on River Saigon.
The 15-day Timeless Wonders of Vietnam, Cambodia & the Mekong takes in Hanoi, Halong Bay and Ho Chi Minh along with 7-nights exploring Vietnam and Cambodia onboard River Saigon.
The 24-day Grand Asia & the Mekong will explore China’s Beijing, Great Wall and Terracotta Warriors in Xi’an before participants climb aboard River Saigon to experience the wonders of the Mekong.
River Saigon, with its luxurious staterooms, spacious sun deck, massage room and boutique restaurant, promises to be something special.
