Building its reputation as a cruise destination, the Northern Territory will welcome a new ship to its shore, when P&O’s Arcadia makes her maiden call to Darwin in 2015.
As part of the ship’s new world voyage program, Arcadia will sail to five new cities in 2015 including Darwin – Australia, Bitung – Indonesia, Lahania – Hawaii, Manilla – the Philippines and Sanya – China.
The world voyage will run over 106-nights, visiting 36 destinations in 25 countries. Calls include; Sydney, San Francisco, Honolulu, Hong Kong, Dubai as well as Sokhna in Egypt.
Meanwhile, Arcadia’s sister-ship, Aurora will take in 30 destinations across 15 countries during her 105-night South America and Pacific Adventure.
She will make three maiden port calls to Akaroa in New Zealand, Raratonga in the Cook Islands and Moorea in French Polynesia.
Both cruises go on sale from 5 September 2013, and passengers booking before 31 December will receive a bonus onboard credit of up to £1,000.
