P&O Cruises’ Pacific Jewel is going through the motions today in sea trials before she can be given the all-clear to return to service on November 27.
Departing her three-week-long drydock at Garden Island, Pacific Jewel’s mechanics are being tested “to confirm the effectiveness of the repair of [her] propulsion system,” says the cruise ship’s blog.
Pacific Jewel is scheduled to depart Wharf 5 in Darling Harbour on Saturday afternoon, on her J036 White Cloud Wonders Cruise.
We’ll keep you posted on any developments and confirmations! Let’s hope all good for those patiently-waiting passengers booked on JO36…
