MS Volendam departs Auckland on October 22 and will reach Australian shores when she arrives in Hobart on November 2, the first port of her Australian placement for the 2010-2011 cruising season.  After a day visit to Hobart, followed by Eden on the NSW South Coast on November 4, Volendam will dock in Sydney at 6am on November 5.

Home-porting in Sydney, Volendam will sail a range of 14-, 18- and 28-day cruises to New Zealand and the Pacific.  She will also continue her popular 14- and 18-day voyages of the Great Barrier Reef and Asian ports.  And there’s no need to put aside your fitness regime – on board you’ll find two swimming pools (one with retractable glass magradome roof), a running track and a dual-purpose tennis/volleyball court, a wrap-around promenade deck, plus a fitness centre.

Volendam will remain in Australia until her departure on March 13 2011 to Singapore.
