Uniworld has released details of its 2014 European & Russia Boutique River Cruises brochure, which includes the addition of Bordeaux, France to its cruise destinations.

As part of the eight-day Bordeaux, Vineyards and Chateaux cruise, guests visit Bordeaux before cruising down three rivers including; the Garonne, the Gironde and the Dordogne to visit Pauillac, Libourne, Blaye, Bergerac, Perigord and Cadillac by land.

The new itinerary complements Uniworld’s existing eight-day Paris & Normandy and 15-day Grand France tours and enables guests to explore France’s countryside, historic villages and exclusive wine cellars.

In other firsts, Uniworld will also introduce an all-inclusive pricing structure on its European journeys, offering guests extra amenities including; all meals, unlimited beverages onboard, scheduled airport transfers, shore excursions as well as complimentary Wi-Fi, entertainment and Nordic walking sticks.

Also new in 2014, S.S. Catherine will join the cruise line’s fleet in April and will be used to service the Burgundy & Provence cruise.

The largest ship in the fleet, S.S. Catherine hosts up to 159 guests and offers innovative public areas, heated swimming pools, extra spacious staterooms and suites with balconies.
