Royal Caribbean 2015/16 Australia cruise itineraries on saleCruise Passenger·15 May 2014News·1 Comment·0 Royal Caribbean will complete 55 cruises in Australia during the 2015/16-summer season. The line revealed it will send four ships to Australia – Voyager of the Seas, Radiance of the Seas and for the first time in Australia, Explorer of the Seas and Legend of the Seas. Explorer will reposition from Singapore on a 10-night sailing to Fremantle, where she will make her first Australian port of call on 13 November 2015. She will then make a round Australia and New Zealand cruise from Fremantle before arriving to her homeport of Sydney on 28 November 2015. Throughout the season she will primarily sail nine-to-14-night New Zealand and South Pacific cruises and three- and- four-night cruises in November, February and March. Voyager of the Seas will arrive on 5 November 2015 after a 14-night Singapore to Sydney repositioning cruise. From Sydney she will sail eight- to- 13-night South Pacific and Fiji cruises, seven-night Tasmania cruises and eight-night Queensland cruises. Meanwhile, Radiance will spend most of her time taking Australians to the South Pacific, Fiji and New Zealand on eight- to- 16-night itineraries. The line’s Asia Pacific commercial director Sean Treacy said during the 2015/16 season the line will increase its capacity by 24 percent to 35,000. “It will see us maintain our position as the largest cruise operator in Sydney,” he said. The line is offering an early booking saving of up to $1,000 off the full brochure fare for guests who book by 31 December 2014. Fares start from $1,099 per person for an eight-night South Pacific sailing on Radiance of the Seas departing 3 December 2015. Legend of the Seas itineraries will go on sale mid-May.
