Luxury cruise line Crystal Cruises has announced an additional 63 itineraries for 2013 on top of its previously released 2013 schedule, along with an unprecedented early schedule announcement for early 2014.

The new itineraries, stretching into May 2014, span the globe and the cruise line will visit 269 ports in 75 countries. Short cruises and world events feature prominently.

The Monaco Grande Prix, which takes place over two days, starting May 18, 2013 and Tuscany’s famous piazza horse race, Il Palio di Siena, on August 10, 2013 are some of the renowned local festivities on offer.

Approximately 75 per cent of the northern summer cruises are for seven to 10 days, with more than half being weekend departures.

Crystal Symphony will spend the 2013 northern summer in Northern Europe, followed by North America, Antarctica, the South Pacific and New Zealand/Australia, where she will operate seven voyages to the Orient in early 2014.

Crystal Serenity will spend April to December, 2013, in the Mediterranean before heading to the Caribbean.

All itineraries can now be viewed at crystalcruises.com, with fares to be released later this year.
