Silversea‘s Silver Shadow has sailed out of a two-week drydock with new and refreshed public spaces, and passengers currently sailing on her March 19 voyage are the first to experience her makeover.

Her refurbishment in Singapore saw new carpeting installed in all corridors, landings, staircases and the Observation Lounge; new upholstery, carpeting, curtains and wall treatments in La Terrazza, the Bar, Panorama Lounge, Reception, Card Room and Conference Room; new sound systems in the Show Lounge, Panorama Lounge and La Terrazza; plus new polished wood floors in The Spa and The Restaurant.

Meanwhile, outdoor areas have received new deck furniture, tiling in the pool, jogging track turf, awning, freshly polished teak decking and an outdoor cooking area – The Grill; and suites have new carpet, bedding, upholstery and furniture.

Although the changes are not drastic, small enhancements like new paint, furniture and upholstery make a huge difference to onboard ambience and passengers can expect to see a new-look Silver Shadow on their upcoming sailings!
