If you’re boarding a Norwegian Cruise Line ship then don’t forget your sweet tooth because the cruise line is adding ‘chocolate night’ to its itineraries.

The evening will take place once during every cruise and will feature seven different desserts added in each restaurant on the ship.

Guests will be drooling over desserts like the warm chocolate volcano, a white chocolate strawberry mousse and a Nutella pot de crème.

The night is part of the line’s $250 million Norwegian NEXT fleet wide revitalisation initiative, which involves changes to on board entertainment, activities and dining.

Other changes to meal times will include regionally focused dinners in main dining rooms.

New menus with dishes crafted by expert chefs will be added in complimentary dining rooms and Garden Cafes.

Norwegian Jewel will be retrofitted with O’Sheehan’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill as well as Sugarcane Mojito Bar, which was first introduced on Norwegian Getaway.

Carlo’s Bake Shop by Buddy Valastro will also be featured across the entire fleet.

The line’s chief executive Kevin Sheehan said the line wants guests to have the vacation of a lifetime.

“We want to continue to provide fresh and relevant experiences to our guests every time they sail with us,” he said.

Changes will roll out next year on Norwegian Jewel, Norwegian Pearl, Norwegian Sky and Norwegian Spirit.
