First time nominees, Carnival Cruise Lines, took out the top spot in three categories at the Cruise International Awards in the U.K.

Winning ‘Best Cruise Line’, ‘Best Innovation’ for Carnival Breeze’s Thrill Theatre and ‘Best Cruise Blogger’ for Senior Cruise Director John Heald’s popular blog, the awards follow a concentrated effort by the line to increase their ‘Fun Ship’ presence in the U.K. with two ships deployed to the region in 2013.
