P&O’s newest ship, the Britannia arrived in Southampton in the United Kingdom, last Friday as she is being prepared for her official naming on Tuesday 10 March.

The Britannia will be named by the Queen.

The 143,000-tonne ship glided into the UK port wearing P&O’s new livery including the world’s largest contemporary version of the Union Jack

As the biggest ship homeported in the UK, she will have a new Cookery Club which involved interactive cooking school and restaurants from P&O’s stable of celebrity chef and is also the perfect ship for children.

She will be sailing the Mediterannean, Norwegian Fjords and the Baltic before spending the summer in the Caribbean.
