Antiquity Goes East
NewsA new comer to the world of cruising, Voyages to Antiquity will be venturing into the Far East after its third summer season in the Mediterranean in 2012.
Aegean Odyssey will arrive in Asia in November 2012 where it will offer nine new itineraries until March – with visits to Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Burma, Singapore, Bali and India.
Each itinerary has been arranged as 16- to 22-day cruise tours with pre- and/or post-cruise hotel stays (including sightseeing, breakfast and expert guidance), in Delhi, Agra, Colombo, Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Bali, bundled into the fare.
A number of overland excursions are offered, including a five-day ‘Golden Triangle’ tour in India and a two-day trip by air to Angkor Wat, Cambodia.
Passengers will also benefit from Aegean Odyssey’s size. Being small, she can dock in the heart of bustling Bangkok, Yangon and Ho Chi Minh City.
