A Worldly World Cruise
NewsDeparting Fort Lauderdale on January 13, 2012, Pacific Princess’ 107-day world cruise is set to visit 38 destinations in 28 countries throughout Latin America, the South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand, the Middle East and Egypt, and the Mediterranean, before the ship reaches her final port of call in Venice.
A jam-packed guest speaker program was recently announced for the voyage featuring some of the world’s most intriguing characters who will be illuminating passengers on everything from Disney to outer space.
Disney Imagineer Rolly Crump, whose animation appeared in such classics as Lady and the Tramp, will kick off the enrichment program from January 13 to 28, sharing his many fantasy-making experiences.
From February 10 to 18, space shuttle astronaut Colonel Robert C. Springer will ruminate on life without gravity, plus there’ll be actors, a filmmaker, a pilot, a historian, a naturalist, a diplomat, a forensic expert, an astronomer and a UN official on board at different times.
There is seemingly nothing these cruise passengers won’t know about!
