Royal Caribbean may introduce singles cabins soon.
At a seminar during the inaugural celebrations onboard Allure of the Seas, Royal Caribbean International’s president and chief executive Adam Goldstein let slip that the line may soon introduce single traveller accommodation.
” We are going to be revitalizing our older ships such as Radiance of the Seas and Grandeur of the Seas, and so we will have opportunity to create spaces for single travellers then,” Goldstein said, according to UK-based website TTG Live. ” It is definitely something that we are looking at.”
Singles supplements onboard cruise ships have long been the bane of passengers cruising solo, who sometimes have to pay for two people to get a decent cabin.
