Carnival Australia’s Ann Sherry (left, with Arcadia‘s Cruise Director and Carnival’s Greg Dehn) hosted a fun night on board the ship, which included a live cross to Marco PW in London while executive chef Ian Summers gave a cooking demonstration in the Palladium theatre.
Radio 2BG’s Glenn Wheeler was on stage to “help” Ian whip up a lavish Wally Lad Sherry Trifle (don’t miss Glenn’s new column in the Autumn edition of Cruise Passenger magazine).
Later, at dinner in the Marco Pierre Restaurant, we sampled the salmon and lamb dishes that Ian had demonstrated on stage. Delicious!
