Le Boat has announced it will offer a new fleet in The Masurian in Poland from 2014.
Commencing during Poland’s cruise season, the fleet will include; the three cabin vessel, Nautiner 38; and a two and three cabin model of the Nautiner 40.
Located in the 30,000-population town of Giżycko, cruisers will have a chance to explore the inland Summer ‘Capital of Poland’ while experiencing Masuria, ‘the land of a thousand lakes’.
The region is made up a number of interconnected rivers and canals, making it possible to cruise hundreds of miles from Pisz in the South to Węgorzewo in the North.
Le Boat managing director Cheryl Powell said the line is dedicated to introducing new destinations and expects Masurian to be popular amongst its customers.
“Our new destination Poland offers an unspoiled cruising area for people who love nature, wildlife and watersports,” she said.
“If you seek to relax in your holidays, Masuria is definitely the place to see.”
Cruising highlights in the region include; a variety of wildlife; UNESCO listed Luknajo Lake Reserve; local gastronomy; fishing; and watersports such as canoeing and kayaking in most villages along the way.
