Adventure cruise line, International Expeditions, has introduced a new riverboat on the Peruvian Amazon.
Upgrading its product, La Estrella Amazonica carries 31 guests in 15 air-conditioned cabins, which measure 220 square feet.
Distinguishing itself from other vessels in the fleet, La Estrella Amazonica offers additional amenities including; private balconies in every cabin; a fitness center; an observation deck; and a multimedia lecture room.
The newest edition will be used on the line’s 10-day Amazon cruise from Iquitos.
Priced from $4,398 per person, the cost includes daily naturalist excursions; complimentary laundry service; most meals; transfers; accommodation at Lima’s Swissôtel; use of a post-tour dayroom; tours of Colonial Lima and Iquitos; and two local naturalist guides.
