Hurtigruten has launched two new overnight tours to compliment its northern Norway and Arctic voyages.
The two new pre/post trips can be added to Hurtigruten voyages departing between 5 January and 5 April starting or ending in Kirkenes in Norway.
One tour includes a 30 kilometre husky ride along the famous Finnmark Dog Race track.
Once in the wilderness, the journey will be complete with a camp away from any traffic or bright city lights.
For dinner, guests will be served local specialty, fresh king crab.
The second tour option is a snowmobile safari along a frozen fjord to Pasvik Valley. Upon arrival guests will stay in cabins, enjoy a dinner made with local ingredients and watch the skies for the Northern Lights.
The overnight husky tour is priced £1,227 ($2,214) per person and the snowmobile tour is £1,330 ($2,400) per person.
