Celebrity chef Curtis Stone gives a sneak preview into his first restaurant at sea, SHARE on Princess Cruises’ ships.

His “Crafted by Curtis” menu items will include butter roasted lobster with caramelised endives and endive foam, and tagliatelle with roasted alaskan crab with gourmet salads, handmade pastas, premium quality meat and seafood fresh off the grill.

For those with a sweet tooth, there are plenty of beautifully crafted desserts to sample.

The dishes are designed for sharing so guests onboard get to enjoy a meal with their fellow passengers.
