Called the “Music of the Sea” the Costa Pacifica can accommodate 3,012 guests across its 13 passenger decks. Built in 2009, it is a large Italian styled family friendly ship. Built in 2010 it has a capacity for passengers. In the lobby is a nine decks high glass atrium, the four glass panoramic view elevators. Sticking to its theme “Music of the Sea” on board is the first ever recording studio.

1,504 cabins in total, including: 91 with direct access to the spa, 521 with private balcony, 58 suites, all with private balcony,12 suites with direct access to the spa. All rooms are equipped with TV, personal safe, minibar, beds that vary in size depending on the cabin, wardrobe closet, private bathroom with toiletries that include bars of soap and in-shower dispensers, offering combination shampoo/body wash.

Onboard are a variety of restaurant, bars and lounges to serve up meals and snacks around the clock. Among them are 5 restaurants, Ristorante New York New York and Ristorante My Way that serve as the main dining venues onboard. French, Italian, Mexican, and Asian cuisine can be found on board. The Club Blue Moon serves up its own variety of gourmet dishes.

There is a theatre on three levels, disco venues onboard for dancing, and music for teens and adults as well as a pool deck with retractable glass roof and giant screen. Passengers can learn how to play piano, guitars, and drums during the time onboard. Wien Wien, a Viennese-inspired lounge offers classical performance. Costa Pacifica’s Recording Studio, located at Teatro Stardust, has it’s own state of the art professional music studio equipped with the latest technology for passengers to record their own CD. Centro Benessere Samsara (Samsara Spa) is the ship’s 6,000 m2 level spa and gym facility spread across two-decks.

A favorite for kid on the Costa Pacifica is the Lido Squok Club that features a castle turret and pirates ship to explore as well as a shallow pool with a mini slide and water features such as fish and pipes that squirt water and buckets that deposit water in the pool. Teens and adults alike will enjoy the Waterslide that is accessed from the 14th deck and end in the Lido Belvedere pool. Also available on board is the Costa Squok Club, The Mini Club for 3 to 6 year olds and the Maxi Club for 7 to 11 year olds. Both age group have their own areas where a variety of entertainment is provided from dancing, Playstation, pool games, theme parties, treasure hunts and educational games. Activities are organised by the Squok Club Staff on board Costa Favolosa. Teen Zone is also onboard for 12-17 year olds.
