Royal Caribbean’s Explorer of the Seas has just emerged from a six week multimillion dollar revamp, six months ahead of her maiden season down under.
She will be homeported in Australia after her sister, Rhapsody of the Seas departed the region after eight years.
She has been fitted out with features like a FlowRider surf simulator, virtual balcony staterooms with real time sights and sounds of the sea, new Panoramic staterooms with floor-to-ceiling wrap around windows, three new specialty restaurants, new bars, updated technology an outdoor poolside movie screen and more.
Explorer of the Seas also has had its rooms fitted out with new carpets, furnishings and drapes.
She will arrive in November and join Voyager of the Seas and Radiance of the Seas.
