Guests of the McGrath Foundation gathered on the lawn aboard Celebrity Solstice on Monday evening to celebrate the work of the Foundation that aims to place breast care nurses in communities across Australia.
Chairman and co-founder Glenn McGrath was in attendance along with guest MC Johanna Griggs and “The Voice” finalist Darren Percival who entertained the 80 guests dining in the ship’s specialty restaurant Tuscan Grille.
Celebrity Cruises has a proud history of raising funds for breast cancer research both off and onboard, with each godmother of their ‘Solstice-class’ vessels a woman who has had personal experience with breast cancer.
