British rockers Status Quo will be headlining the seventh ROCK THE BOAT, Australia’s biggest music festival at sea.

They’ll be performing their hits like Rockin’ All Over The World, Down Down, Whatever You Want and more on Royal Caribbean’s Radiance of the Seas.

The rockers will also be joined by their 16-piece band which include backing vocals, acoustic band and a six-piece string section.

Status Quo members Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt said they are thrilled about headlining the upcoming show at sea titled Aquostic Live.

“Rock the Boat will take place just on the 50th anniversary of the release of our first hit Pictures of Matchstick Men, so it will be fantastic to celebrate with yet another first for the band…Yes, it will be our first time on a cruise ship and the perfect location to debut the Aquostic set down under, or should I say, on water”, said Francis.
“I’ve always wanted to go on a cruise, so this is the perfect way to mix business with pleasure – the theatre on the ship looks fantastic and I can’t wait to get on board!” said Rick.

Also joining the stellar lineup is quintessential 90s Australian rockers Baby Animals whose hits include Rush You, One Word and Early Warning. They held the record for the highest-selling Australia rock album for 12 years and have performed with rock gods like Bryan Adams and Van Halen.

Jon Stevens, Mark Gable from the Choirboys, Jack Jones, Angry Anderson from Rose Tattoo, The Radiators and Zep Boys will also be jamming out in this packed out concert.

The cruise will be sailing around the South Pacific from October 16, 2017 and will call at a number of destinations in New Caledonia as well as Mare and Noumea.

What could be better? Rocking out and enjoying the sun, sand and surf of the South Pacific.

Prices for the cruise start at just $2,499 per person, twin share. For more information, click here.
