With only five days until Marina’s maiden voyage, Oceania’s blog releases some exclusive photos.
Excitement is building about what to expect on new ship Marina when she is officially launched on February 5 and Oceania Cruises’ president, Bob Binder, has been posting photos on the cruise line’s blog to give you a quick preview.
The photos show the menus have been printed, for both the restaurants and the pillows (“ultimate indulgence”), the hands-on Culinary Centre at sea is ready for the keen chefs, and the tables are set in the Polo Grill, Toscana and Red Ginger – just some of the dining venues onboard.
Click on the Grand Dining Room category to see the gigantic chandelier! Binder says, “It is definitely one of my favourite spaces on the ship.”
Currently Marina is having her finishing touches completed at Fincantieri’s Sestri Ponente shipyard and will sail from Barcelona to Miami for her christening. Check back in after February 5 for all the latest details!
Vote in this year’s special Readers’ Choice Awards
No doubt 2020 will go down in cruise history as the year of the pandemic – a once in a generation event. And this year’s Cruise Passenger Readers’ Choice Awards will reflect it.
