Luxury line Silversea announced its itineraries for 2019 with cruises around the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Alaska and Canada as well as the Arctic, South Pacific, Galapagos Islands and Australia’s Kimberley Coast.

The itineraries also include the new Silver Cloud’s early 2020 expeditions to Antarctica.

French luxury line Ponant also announced it would soon be revealing its 2019 itinerary.

“With a fleet of nine ships, we offer a wealth of port-intensive itineraries, encompassing a wide array of destinations and excursions.  Guests can experience getaways as short as five days, or longer journeys, such as our 47-day Grand Mediterranean Voyage on board Silver Shadow.”

Throughout the entire fleet, all ships have ocean-view suites, gourmet cuisine, personalized butler service, all-inclusive shipboard amenities including complimentary beverages, wines and spirits, an in-suite bar with your beverage choices as well as complimentary WiFi for each guest.

Here are some of the highlights of the itinerary.

  • Silver Muse’s Inaugural Season in Alaska For the first time since her debut in April 2017, Silver Muse will spend a season discovering the enchanting natural wonders of Alaska on 14 voyages ranging from 7 to 12 days in length. Regularly sailing between Seward and Vancouver, in 2019 there will be three convenient Vancouver roundtrip sailings of 10 to 11 days offering more immersive explorations of this magnificent region.
  • Epic Northeast Passage This 25-day expedition aboard Silver Explorer departs on 10 August from Nome, Alaska, on one of the world’s great journeys, exploring the wonders of the Russian Arctic. Sailing to Tromso, Norway, just 130 guests will enjoy the rare privilege of exploring a legendary region of remarkable seascapes, intriguing wildlife and fascinating cultures.
  • Departing London on June 12, for a 15-day voyage to Copenhagen, guests on board Silver Spirit will have the rare chance to savour every minute of the longest day of the year in the land of the Midnight Sun, visiting Norway’s North Cape for the summer solstice.
  • From April 5, Silver Discoverer offers eight expedition cruise options along Australia’s scenic Kimberley Coast, encompassing the stunning Hunter River and the Buccaneer Archipelago regions. Silver Discoverer will then sail guests towards the remote isles of the South Pacific, including the unique opportunity to visit Borneo’s Camp Leakey, a renowned refuge for orangutans.
