Subscribe to Cruise Passenger magazine and as an incentive, we’ll be giving away the Queen Victoria: A Photographic Journey by Chris Frame and Rachelle Cross to the first 10 subscribers.

* Entry is free and open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. To be able to enter this competition you must subscribe to Cruise Passenger magazine at http://cruisepassenger.com.au/magazine-subscription/. Employees of Cruise Passenger Media Australasia PTY Ltd. and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entries must be submitted via the online entry form provided by Cruise Passenger. This promotion is being conducted by Cruise Media Australasia publishers of Cruise Passenger “The Promoter” of Suite 3, Level 2, 37 Bligh St, Sydney, NSW, 2000. There are 10 prizes. The Promoter will obtain a list of the first 10 subscribers to Cruise Passenger magazine from the subscription company. The decision of Cruise Media is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize consists of Queen Victoria: A Photographic Journey worth AU$31.28. The competition commences on August 11, 2017 and will continue until 10 people have subscribed.

The prize is strictly NON-TRANSFERABLE & non-negotiable, and may not be replaced or refunded. Entrants can only be new subscribers. The 10 winners will be notified by Cruise Passenger by email.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

(i)                inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
(ii) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
(iii) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
(iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website;
(v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;

(ii)              (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
(vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
(viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition;

(ix) In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.

This condition does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.

The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition. The personal information of the entrants will be held and used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, which is available from the Promoter. The personal information of winners may be provided to others assisting, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this competition. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the prize.
